Terms of Use

Last Updated: September 2026

Welcome to the official website of the artist. By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use this website.

1. Use of This Website

This website is intended to provide information about the artist, artworks, artistic practice, exhibitions, and related services, as well as to offer selected original artworks for purchase.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights of the artist or any third party.

2. Artwork Information

Every artwork presented on this website is an original work or an artwork otherwise expressly identified as such.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that artwork descriptions, dimensions, materials, images, availability, and other information are accurate and up to date. However, slight variations in color, texture, and appearance may occur due to photography, lighting, screen settings, or the natural characteristics of the artwork and its materials.

The actual artwork may therefore appear slightly different from the images displayed on your device.

3. Artwork Purchases

All purchases are subject to artwork availability and successful receipt of payment.

Because original artworks are unique and generally exist as one-of-a-kind pieces, availability is limited. An artwork may become unavailable before an order is fully confirmed.

The artist reserves the right to correct pricing, description, or availability errors and to cancel an order where necessary.

4. Pricing

All prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the website unless otherwise stated.

Shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes, or other destination-country charges may be additional and will be communicated where applicable.

The collector is responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or charges imposed by the destination country unless otherwise stated.

5. Framing & Mounting

Where framing or mounting options are offered, the selected option may be subject to availability and artistic suitability.

The artist may personally curate the frame's colors, materials, and artistic elements to create a considered relationship between the artwork and its presentation.

For certain artworks, framing may be individually selected or prepared according to the artwork's characteristics and the collector's requirements.

Further information is provided on the relevant artwork page or through the Framing & Mounting section.

6. Custom & Commissioned Works

For private commissions or custom artworks, the artistic process, dimensions, materials, timeframe, pricing, and other requirements will be agreed upon separately between the artist and the collector.

Because commissioned artworks are created specifically for an individual collector, they cannot generally be returned or cancelled once the creative process has commenced, except where otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All artworks, images, photographs, videos, texts, artist statements, descriptions, graphics, logos, and other materials displayed on this website are protected by applicable intellectual property and copyright laws.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, all copyrights and intellectual property rights remain with the artist or the respective rights holder.

No artwork, image, text, or other website content may be copied, reproduced, modified, published, distributed, transmitted, displayed, or commercially used without prior written permission.

The purchase of an original artwork does not transfer the copyright or reproduction rights of the artwork to the collector unless such rights are expressly agreed upon in writing.

8. Personal Use of Website Content

Visitors may view and use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Downloading or reproducing images of artworks for commercial purposes, promotional materials, resale, publication, NFTs, merchandise, or other commercial use is prohibited without prior written authorization.

9. Website Availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the website available and information current. However, we do not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or free from technical errors.

The artist may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website without prior notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the artist shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or from circumstances beyond the artist's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms of Use is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11. Changes to These Terms

These Terms of Use may be updated from time to time to reflect changes to the website, services, or applicable requirements.

The updated version will be published on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.

12. Contact

Shipping & Returns

Last Updated: September 2026

We take great care in preparing each artwork for its journey to its new collection.

Because original artworks are unique and often require specialized handling, shipping and return conditions may differ from those of ordinary retail products.

1. Shipping

Each artwork is carefully inspected and securely packaged before shipment.

Shipping arrangements may vary depending on the artwork's size, framing option, destination, and shipping requirements.

Estimated shipping times will be provided where possible. Delivery times may vary due to the destination, customs clearance, carrier schedules, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Once an artwork has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delays caused by the carrier or customs authorities are outside the artist's direct control.

2. International Shipping

International shipping may be available depending on the destination.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Unless otherwise stated, these charges are the responsibility of the collector and are not included in the artwork price or shipping fee.

Collectors are responsible for ensuring that the purchased artwork can legally be imported into their country of residence.

3. Packaging & Handling

Original artworks are packaged with care and appropriate protective materials according to their size, medium, and framing requirements.

For larger or particularly delicate works, specialized packaging or shipping arrangements may be required.

Additional handling or crating requirements may affect the final shipping cost.

4. Framed Artwork

Framed artworks may require additional packaging and handling to ensure safe transportation.

The dimensions and weight of a framed artwork may differ from the dimensions of the unframed artwork.

Where applicable, additional shipping charges for framed works will be communicated before shipment.

5. Delivery

The collector is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact information.

If a shipment is returned because of an incorrect address, failure to receive the package, refusal of delivery, or failure to complete required customs procedures, additional shipping or handling charges may apply.

6. Damaged Artwork

We take reasonable care to protect artworks during transportation.

If an artwork arrives visibly damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and, where possible, within 48 hours of delivery.

Please retain the original packaging and provide clear photographs of:

- The artwork

- The packaging

- The shipping label

- Any visible damage

This information may be required to assess the condition of the artwork and, where applicable, to submit a claim with the shipping carrier.

7. Returns

Because original artworks are unique and collectible, returns are generally not accepted once an artwork has been shipped, except where the artwork arrives materially damaged or materially differs from its published description.

If a return is approved, the artwork must be returned in its original condition and with the original packaging where reasonably possible.

The collector is responsible for ensuring that the artwork is securely packaged for its return unless otherwise agreed.

8. Custom & Commissioned Artworks

Custom, commissioned, or personalized artworks are generally non-refundable once the artist has commenced the creative process.

Because such works are created specifically for an individual collector, they cannot normally be resold or returned in the same manner as standard artworks.

Specific cancellation and payment terms for commissioned works will be agreed upon before the project begins.

9. Order Cancellation

Once an original artwork has been prepared for shipment or handed over to the shipping carrier, cancellation may no longer be possible.

For custom or commissioned artworks, cancellation terms will depend on the stage of the creative process and the individual agreement between the artist and the collector.

10. Refunds

Where a refund is approved, the refund will generally be made to the original payment method.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and financial institution.

Shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, and other third-party charges may not be refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

11. Questions

If you have any questions regarding shipping, framing, returns, or the delivery of an artwork, please contact us before placing your order. We are happy to provide additional information to help collectors make an informed decision before purchasing.
